About Bob's Maintenance Contractor
I am a Second Generation, Family Owned Business that was established in 1980.
My father Robert (Bob) Timko, started the family business. I, Mark Timko, started working for him at a very young age. I started managing the business in 2004. The following year my father retired.
I still provide the same quality service as my dad did so many years ago.
As you can tell, I am a small painting business. I do most of the painting myself, and I am on the job every day. I usually work by myself, but if I need additional assistance, I have quality contacts I can go to. I provide onsite estimates and satisfaction is guaranteed!

January 1, 2020 marks the start of being in business for 40 years.
My dad Bob started it and I started working for him at the young age of 10. Fast forward 20 some years later I started running the business, when he and my mom started taking extended vacations. A few years after that he retired and I took full control of the business. In 2020, the business still going strong. Thanks dad for teaching me my trade and many other skill that I need to run a successful business. I do miss working with you and at times, I think to myself how would he have done it.
